How this course is delivered
The level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course is classroom based and there is a mixture of Practical and theory based elements required to successfully complete this course. We can deliver the course 'In-house' at your own premises for a group of employees, or at training venues in the UK.
Course Content
- Roles and responsibilities of a first aider
- Managing an unresponsive casualty
- CPR
- Recovery position
- Use of AED ( Automated external defibrillator)
- Choking
- Seizures
- Shock
- Wounds and Bleeding
- Minor injuries
- Cuts, Grazes and bruises
- Minor burns and scalds
